There is no cheap way to get these parts to your door. You might find them at a wrecker or on usedvic tho. Living on the island and Canada in general is going to make parts more expensive and it sucks ass.
There's some places just over the border that you can have items shipped to and then pick them up for a small fee, one is called ship happens.
A couple rides ago I had coilovers, rims/tires and a carbon fiber hood sent to them. Took the ferry, went over the border, picked up the parts, installed them with my buddy, got a hotel.....Woke up, left the hood and blown struts at the hotel, got an alignment, had the shop take the pooched tires off the wheels I rode down on, packed up and drove back over the border and took the ferry home. Saved myself around $900 including the ferry both ways, hotel, food and beer for two people.
