windshield wipers

For as long as I've owned the mazda theres one thing that drives me nuts about it. When I turn off the wipers they just stop, theres no automatic return to bottom then stop. Is this normal for these trucks or is something messed up with mine? If it's normal is there a mod or a later model motor I can swap to make it the way I want it?

I think its normal; my SE-5 is like this. I would be interested in changing that though as well. Seems easy enough

I would try a new motor assembly. Maybe switch... Im not compleatly sure, but every mazda I have owned have wipers that return down.

just shave the wipers you dont need them anyway lol

Mine return as well.

I dont want to shave them, I do drive wether it rains or not. i'll look into the motor/ switch and figure out if one our both is bad. Just didn't want to screw with it if it was normal. Thanks for the input guys!
