what do you prefer?

Im considering getting a stamped tailgate as oppossed to my none stamped one..my dad had an 86 b2000 when I was younger and I rememberstanding next to it seeing mazda stamped on the gate and always liked that look on pickups so Im trying to get one eventually...whats your opinion on them? which do you like?

I like the stamped look myself...its hard to fi.d tho

thanks for the feedback guys..ive realised parts for these trucks are difficult to come across atleast by me in ny they are..but yes I do prefer the stamped look too the non stamped isnt bad looking i guess the stamped is something that just stuck with me from my child hood i like it on pick ups for some reason its a cool look to me..I also like the sliding rear window but have the solid one piece(which the previous owner swapped in) what do you guys prefer for the rear window?

mazdaron your truck is actually the look I like..im not the far off..Im running the chrome mazda rims 3" blocks in the back and the torsion bars adjusted upfront to match the rear..as far as exterior wise im running a rollpan and the front bumper and grill partially chromed..the black parts need to be resprayed...and I also gotta get some stock taillights mines got carbon fiber back euros and there soo ugly...I love the fact that your truck still has the se-5 stripes..is there anyway to tell if my truck was oiginally an se-5? like by the vin or something..i dont know whats original to it or not it has the chrome door handles but then the tailgate isnt..the previous owner pretty much had this truck and another and made one good truck out of them haha..not really important because its an $800 truck and its not exactly original anyway but its always interesting to know a cars past for me

I prefer my smooth tailgate. No stamp, no sticker. Also no front fender B2200 logos. Perhaps I'm just stuck in the eighties, shave it smooth style, of kustomizing. If it wasn't too much trouble, I;d loose the logo on the grill, as well.

Don't need logos - there's two kinds of people in this world, those that know it's a Mazda B at a glance, and those that don't care.

Hahah I understand what your saying i dont know why ive always been one for keeps badges on cars..im gonna swap mine up a little only one original to my truck is the one on the grill..the ones on the fenders are off of a b2200 and on the tailgate theres what looks to be a mazda badge off a 2nd generation rx7..your truck does look nice debadged though i like the blue too
