Black Panels On cab behind door

Does any body no how to remove these with out breaking them. Its the long black pieces on the cab right behind the door.

if it is a single cab then those come off by unbolting them from the inside of the truck. there are round hole plugs you pop out and then i believe it is a 10mm deep socket to get them off and on. hope this helped ya out.
