2000 4door rear door panel removal

Alright I get to break this one in! I just got my B3000 last week, I've got my stereo installed and the front door speakers done in just a few minutes. So how do I get the rear door panels off to put speakers in back there? Do they lift out the same as the front or do they pull straight out?

i have a ranger and they are pretty much the same interior... some parts of it are screwed in if i remember, and most of it are clips

Yeah, I couldn't find any screws in the rear doors and the shoulder belt has me kind of stymied. I started tugging gently but nothing seemed to give enough to get a peek.

on my 02 ranger I had to pull real hard on the back door panels, helps if you have someone hold the door open while you pull against it, go for the edges first then do the middle.
