Short on circut?

I turn my lights on and my guage lights (stock) take awhile to turn on almost like they have to warm up. What is going on! Fuse is ok and the wiring looks fine. Could it be the bulbs in the instrument cluster?(hope not,pain in the A**)

never heard of that.
so do they get brighter the longer you have the them on?
or do they just pop on when they are "warmed" up?

They gradually get brighter until they are on. Its weird.
