New to the forum,
Just wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram for the rear taillights, I am having a issue back there and its giving me a hard time!
Basically:
each tailight housing has 5 wires, one of which is a red with black stripe, double white dot.
I only have one of these wires coming from the main loom, but each housing needs the wire, the one wire I have runs to one housing with no return to the other. One the housing with no direct routing of this wire, it T's into a red, black stripe SINGLE white dot wire. I am kinda confused.
Whats happening:
with headlights OFF, brake lights/signal lights work perfectly, but when I turn the headlights ON, everything goes to shit. Everying lights up with any input to the rear lights, reverse lights, any signal, brakes, it all lights up, as do the signal lights on the dash. I have gone through the wires, and the only problem I see is this single dot double dot wiring issue.
Anyone have any ideas?
