instrument cluster help

I want to hook up the instrument cluster out of a 95-99 eclipse is this possible and how?

I once wondered the same thing, in theory you could make it work if you new what wires went to what- cause it definately wouldn't plug in so you would definately have to hard wire it. Then again I know my truck only goes to 110mph and the tach only goes to 7000 so I always thought you would have to get something that was the same. Maybe someone else can shed some light on this..
