ecm ?

whats the ecm under the drvier side set do .the reason why am asking it was unplugged dont know why are what it does

it controls the stock carb

i found it like that to day unplugged and my truck runs good 2 .am going to have to look in to why it like this now lol

nope every thing is stock on the truck i tryed pluging back in and it make no diff at all

im pretty sure that unhooking it with the stock carb will cause it to run rich and cause premature wear.......i would plug it in and leave it......

better to be safe than sorry.....

but on a positvie note, if u get a weber, you can remove it.......

ya am going to keep it pluged in after what you said .mybe thats why i get around 150-75 miles on a tank of gas .dam thing runs fine 2 .thanks for the help

what year is your truck? from what i recall 91-93 had the computer under the drivers seat and that was for ABS, my went for shit and the light wouldnt shut off so i unpluged it and the light is gone

it's a 93

Mines a 90 and i have the abs computer under the seat but i got rid of all the abs....
