first hand, check under the dash and look for a small resistor box, it should be about 1x2inch in dimensions. it houses the resistors for the fan speeds of the blower. typically the resistors break after awhile and you have to replace them, or jump them off.

on mine, the 1st speed resistor blew, this caused the rest of the speeds to not work. so all i did was i jumped the 1st speed onto the 2nd speed. so this makes the 1st two speed settings actually the 2nd speed setting, then i still have the 3rd and 4th.

maybe you blew the 2nd resistor. beats me. if that is not the case, check the contacts on the switch

the last thing you should check is the blower itself, since that would be the most expensive

the resistor box is on the side of the dash where the blower is, passenger side. it should be right when you look under the dash

This is a similar question. When I turn my a/c on the little button lights up and it blows cold with the blower speed on 1 but if i turn it to 2 the a/c light turns off and it blows harder but not cold. any idea?
