so i did it and pulled the dash what a pain in the ass we got all the bolts off just could not figure out why it was still snug well there was two nuts behind the cluster ( btw i crack the plastic sheild so if anyone has one PM me ) but its all I have posted pictures on my website( in the signature )

Ok now its time to degrease, sand, prime, sand paint ,sand paint some more, sand again , clear coat, light sand and a another coat of clear and back in it goes. But first i will dress the cables and get them ready for the install and me them a hell of a lot cleaner.

it would be great to see the process man and everything you used along the way.
i wish i would have taken the itme to sand mine all down and smoothed it out when i had it removed...

yea im taking pics and writing all of this up step by step.


As for the sanding oh yea sanding it smooth, if not i was thinking of maybe either a bondo or glassing it and then painting it candy blue with Silver flex

do you need the plastic shield for the cluster? if so just let me know, i will give you one. what part of h-town are you from again?
