I'm looking forward to making my mazda look good! Therefore, money must be invested. So heres the idea, I'm really fascinated by the indiglo guages. And since most of thr trucks are similar to each other from 86-93, I wanted to know if the guage cluster is similar to that of the '89. I have an '89 and wanted to put in the guages from a 93 but not sure about the connections and whatnot on the back of it. Cause if its possible, I just got myself some indiglo's!

BTW, old dude across the street has had a mazda for a while now, and I never figured asking him to see if he would trade his bench for my buckets! But I would like to know how you get a 3rd seatbelt?

I think I have some more q's but they slipped my mind... Well, anyways, I'm new here, and I just love the fact this site is centered around the b-trucks! Not many in my city lurk around that are custom and dropped. Hmmm...

welcome to the site bro!
all the guages from the 86-93 will interchange as far as i know.
there are 2 differant kinds though, ones with a tachometer, and ones without.
so what do you mean by you got a set of indiglo guages?

you can swap your buckets for the bench, they will bolt right into your holes where the buckets are at. im not sure if there was ever a 3rd seatblet on the bucket seat though...

I have the LX '89. So I have a tach... I want to be able to interchange the guage cluster and put it in my '89 so I can go out and buy a indiglo guage face! I just need to know if I have all the connections for the guages.

No, the bucket seats only have seatbelts for the buckets. So How can I add in another pair? Or wait, I suppose standard cab has the 3rd seatbelt? If so, I'll just get it from the old guy as well.

you just have to check which way your needles point on the gauge cluster, there was a post on here a little while ago about that, look closely at the pic of the gauges you are going to buy and make sure that the needles on there are the same way yours are, or make sure the writing is the same, such as E and F on the fuel gauge are the same

yea there is 3 differnt gauges as far as i know all the ones with tachs are the same but the ones without a tach there is 2 differnt versions were the temp and fuel gauges are differnt like drpdmazda check make sure you find the right ones for what your getting

Well, I certainly hope that I can get some gauges soon, to light up my face! Cause, today, has been a bit of a downer, since I lost out on some money and a bench seat. Old people across the street wanted to be able to keep seating 3 at the sime time if they wanted for their standard b2200. I was very disappointed! And the hard thing about old people, is that willing to trade my buckets and some $$$ did'nt even persuade them! So close, but now so far! When I make my run to grab up all of the parts I need from the junkyard, I'll be pickin' the '93 gauge cluster up as well!

Also, I picked up my rebuilt engine from my buddy's! I've gotta go out tomorrow and spend the rest of the money I have left for the remainder of the engines parts. Everything is just about to be brand SPANKIN' new! Give me a pickin' at my page in my signature in a few days!

Oh, wait, and btw, My speedomoter and tach's needles face left. My other guages are bars going up and down... Make sense?
