neon.

first post in a while, my comp was and still is messed up but now its kinda usable, just S-L-O-W as hell.but anyways...
well since i have no interior lighting.....i added some neon to liven it up a bit. i will have pics later on tonight, i like it but im sure someone wont because they are "outdated" or somthin but oh well. -bf

I hope neon isn't too outdated.... got about 46 linear feet of it in the show truck

neon is okay as long as the tubes arent visible and it's not on the outside of the vehicle,lol.

In my old Mystique,it was black with a grey interior,all my accessory lighting was blue....so I had CoolBlue headlights,blue turn signals and blue underglow on the outside,and on the inside I had blue LEDs in the footwells and all the speakers are mounted in the door panels,so I put blue LEDs behind the panels to shine through the speaker grilles and in the trunk I hada blue LED tube shining down from under the shelf onto my sub and amp and the whole trunk glowed blue. It was pretty cool at night. Oh yeah,I also had white strobes in the turn signals.

Man I miss that car,it was cool...

Nothin wrong with neon. I've got about 6 neon lights in the cab of my truck, 3 in the camper, but I did put LEDs under the hood and body so I can leave them on for show and not kill the battery.

I don't mind a bit of neon...as long as its installed right, including the wiring....then again I don't mind neon wiper blades, WED wheels and airshock either...LOL

Yeah I agree with everything being wired up correctly. I put relays on everything and solder my connections. I even hooked up the interiror neon so that it comes on for 30sec when I disarm the truck. Its a nice interior light.

Yeah I like to keep all my wiring hidden and make it look factory.

Also hidden wiring (done CORRECTLY) has less chance for shorts or fires.
