i have 626 seats from a 1990 and i have a 1991 b22 and it turns out much to my dismay that they do not bolt right in. that would have been nice. teh space between the mounting holes is 18.5 inches and in the b22 the holes are only 16 inches apart. is this just because the truck is newer? the postings i read that said they would bolt in r for pre 90 trucks.

is neone interested in buying these seats they r blue and in good condition? i would take 30 a seat plus shipping. e-mail me at and i will send you photos of the seats.

does ne one know of ne seats that will just bolt into the already existing holes in a 1991 B2200?

626 seats should bolt in....I think 1990 is too new though,I'm not quite sure. I think you need them from an '80s 626...however,someone else will be able to clear that up for you.

As far as I know, older Civic seats are a pretty easy fit.

Personally,I just swapped out my bench seat for stock buckets and was happy enough with that.

yeah i am thinking i might modify these seats to fit. a couple of other posts said that the 88-92 seats were the same but i don't know i think it is just the year that my truck is. all the posts that said they would fit was in reference to older trucks.

What's in your truck now? Stock buckets or a bench?

I really don't find anything wrong with the stock buckets.

i have the bench in there and i find i slide side to side when taking certain on and off ramps

yeah,I had a bench in mine and I found it very unsupportive and I'd slide around alot, and I had no storage other than the glovebox,so now with the buckets,I have nice comfy seats with a centre console with an armrest and storage compartment. It's just all stock stuff, but it does the job and I'm happy.

What about RX7 seats? DAMAZ has 3rd gen RX7 seats in his truck, but I don't think they were a bolt in thing. I don't know if 1st or 2nd gen RX7 seats fit,but they are really comfortable. I used to have a non turbo 2nd gen RX7 with '85 1st gen RX7 seats in it and an '87 TurboII with the stock TII seats and once you got into those seats, you couldn't get out, lol.
