may be a bad ground,may not be connected at the steering wheel,could be a bad fuse. If it's a fuse,should be in the fuse panel under the dash. Just pull them out and check them. If that doesn't work,check the connections at the steering wheel (have to remove the horn cover on the steering wheel with 2 screws on the back of the steering wheel spokes)..if that's ok,then check under the hood and look at the horn and connection.
If it's none of that,the only way I can help is I suggest you look at the "blinker" thread in this same section and see my use of hand signals. LOL
