got a little more done tonight...

first started off by chopping the backhalf off of the old frame.


then I started gusseting the frame rails...still got about 5 more to do



then I made some little gussets for the lower bar tabs (flux core welds)


then i started smoothing some things out to blend and flow better

coming along good man, but why did you cut the back half loose, are you planning on using all new rails under the cab?

yep gonna custom stock floor it from the front to the back.

i like!!! my new truck looks like it, cept its red/white, and its an automatic...

cool. I wonder if any progress has been made
