well i was gona put my window crank on but hummmm i cant. my panel is to thick. its only 1/8" thich + fabric with some thin matting from what me and my dad remember but we may be wrong. what has everyone else used? its ok that i need to replace them because i was gona end up doin that anyways because im gettin the fosgate power 6.5s im sending my money order in the morn. ill be sure to get pics of these lil badasses when i get them! has anyone ever used them? im gona power them with a 400wt lightning amp im gettin from a friend, with the gain turned down...a lil haha. but they are 75rms/150max so i cant bitch. -bf

the stock panels are too thick????or you have reupholstered them???

no we made templets from the orig and used wood.

Panel warped maybe? There should be more than enough stud there to go through 1/8 & fabric. Push on it there, does it flex in much?

the wood is to thick, i have the same problem on my 83's door panels, so i am having them shaved down. a friend of mine does magic with wood and he is hooking me up.
