There are a couple of screws holding the horn pad on. Remove them, the horn pad falls off in your hand. There is nut holding the steering wheel on. Loosen it. While you have the steering wheel centered in a dead-ahead position, bang on the back sides of the wheel where you hold on to it. That will loosen it on the shaft it attaches to. Take the nut off the rest of the way. Remove the wheel. Take your other steering wheel and see if it fits.
