parking lights

well im gonna try and rig my parking lights for now since when ever there is any moisture in the air the light turn them selves on i know its a lil bit weird. so my question is how would i wire up a rocker switch to the headlight switch im thingking i need to se the red w/ black stripe wire for the switch? not really for sure and the switch i have has 3 leads earth,load,switch any advice would be great cause im getting real sick of all this rain and having to jump my truck every morning!

For a temp fix that wont affect it donw the road, take the fuse out, and put spade terminals in each slot where the fuse was, run the rocker switch off of those 2 wires, fused of course.....then fix the problem asap, as electrical fires from shorts WILL burn your truck to the ground.
