how much time did you spend

how much time did you spend taking out your dash the first time? I need to get in and clean out all my vents, fix the heater control and paint my dash black. I was just wondering if it comes out easy once you know where all the bolts are. (thanks for posting that breakaway of the dash)I've had most of the stuff out before speedo, glove box, heater stuff, that doesn't really take that long.

i dont know exact time but i know it took me a lil bit to find all the bolts that hold it in.

i just took the one out of one of my other mazda's a few weeks ago....

there are some by the steerin colum and some behind the glove box tyhat you will need to take out.

i know theres theres another topic on this site about someone else askin about takin the dash out. and there waz a break down pic of the dash...

mine was a huge pain in the ass. i took out so many hidden bolts. and only 3 yes 3 bolts made it back onto the dash. that's all that's really necessary....

lol,mine took me most of the day the very first time.

Now,I can do it in like 20 minutes or less. I put things that get taken apart regularly like the dash back together so they're "quick release." lol

bout an hour

got mine out. At least most of the way. I had to get back into it to fix the AC. It took me about an hour and a half.

45 mins - an hour shouldent take too long

I need to take mine out and replace heater core and blower motor, just don't feel like it right now

meh,you have windows.

It's summer and my truck only has heat. My cool air is the windows down. Too lazy to fix the blower or whatever is wrong because I don't really care,lol.
