Has anybody rerouted the door buzzer to the lights?

I hate the buzzer that goes off in my truck when you open the door, obviously I am well aware that I just opened my door. It would be so much more useful to me if I could rewire the buzzer to go off when I take the key out of the ignition but the lights are still on. Has anybody done this?

I haven't done it but it wouldn't be hard.



Use Radio Shack part 273-55 for the buzzer.
