white faced gauge cluster???

hey how do you get the speedo needle and the gas and temp rivets off/out??
and does the white see through part on the bottom only come with the Mph clusters cuz i just bought a white faced cluster off ebay (hasnt come yet) but i dont think its got the bottom part...

I do know that the speedo needle pulls off (mine did). Mine also came with the white strip for the idiot lights at the bottom.
