Im gonna try to figure out if I can install a Hard drive. somehow to have unlimited music. I believe its good up to 250gb.

just get an external hard drive and wire in a power convertor. You should be able to mount them under the seats so you can't see any of it.

Pioneer's dont support it. ONLY Flash drives.

Then get an 8gb flash drive. That should hold around 4000 mp3 files.

I have a 4gig flash drive but i think i can get a hdd to work on it needs to be formatted in fat32 and the music files need to be in folders. gonna try it i'll let you know if i get it to work.

however this isn't compatable with his model.

I plugged in a laptop hdd with a usb to IDE adapter and it worked like a charm. So pioneer does support Hard Drives. Just format them with fat 32 and load it up with music.
