Dash Removal

quick question about removing the dash, the 2 nuts under the 2 knob for the air and air speed, is there a way to get at them with awrench or do you need a socket to get them out?

thats for the info, i was tryin to get at them with a wrench, didnt think to try will some needle nose.

i got another problem here, when i removed the black part of the dash, the area behind the slot has a metal piece about 3-4 inches behind it that prevent the deck from sliding in all the way.....how do i get around this problem, i dont want to mount the deck down low.

so how do i remove that metal piece or can i try and cut it away, though it is difficult to get at.

i will get some pics up in lik 10min.

do you have something like a body saw!some kind of little saw of some kind could get in there and trim it up some!!

do you mean like a reciprocating saw?

well thats what i used then took a file and cleaned it up some!if you had a small body saw it would work better i think!
