How to get to the Rear Spaekers?!?!??!?

yea i need some help with this guys. i just hooked up my deck and the wiring to the back for some reason wasn't working so i need to get to the rear speaks but dont know how. i kinda know u need to take the back inside panel off, but how do i do that? is it just the screws i see at the top of the panel or is there some hooks or what?

there is some clips that hold it on as well. just start out pulling and they will start to pop out be careful and take your time and you will be all right.
