Can u make a Siiik shifter?

I am in search of a tall shifter, can anyone guide me in the right direction?

i am in the process of getting one from a 76 ford 1/2 ton 4x4. well, i have it, just need to get it in. am thniking of just cutting the regular knob off, and welding on my new one, that way the boot still hides the welds.

That thing looks like a spiky boner. You need to jack a Miller beer tap thing from a bar and use that. It would add length and be cool.

I actually did get a beer tap a few months ago, but I'm not really feeling it will go with the theme of the truck. It's a red and has a USMC EGA, I'm thinkin of goin with a 20" shaft with a rat rod devilish head or something to that effect.
