finally figured out what sub i want to get after i blew my 10" rockford p1. im going to be sticking a l7 on the passenger side in a std cab with the bucket seat pushed forward. im going to be doing the mustang altenater conversion and a better battery. Im going to be using the alpine 800 watt rms amp and a cap, so that would be my system. just looking for opinions and thoughts or if someone has one in a std cab. o and it would be a sealed box

humm why not a pair of l7 8s, then you wouldnt have to move the seats forward, if at all.

i finally got a 12" kicker l7. its the dual 2 ohm and is wired for a 4 ohm load. i need to figure out which amp to use. And for the box i can fit a vented box in there with a 1.75 cubic feet volume. i was wanting to get the dual 4 ohm so i could wire it for 2 ohms but i got this one cheap so i need to firgure out what amp to use

or if anyone knows of a 1 ohm amp that puts out at least 800 watts thats not too pricey i would like to know.
