Horn relay...

...Does anyone know where the dang thing is?? I have a good horn, horn switch, but no power to the horn. Book says (chilton and hayes) that there is a horn relay, but neither one says where it is. I found an unidentified relay that has 6 or 7 wires, I think it's the fuel pump relay. Book shows horn relay with 3 or 4 wires, but where is it? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

on my 2000 its on the passenger fender under the hood. My inner fenders are cut out but here's a picture. It's 3 prong with the little mounting tab.

Thanks, but no dice. I was able to trace the power wire from the horn on the passenger side to the firewall. There was no relay in the engine bay. I am going to continue looking under the dash...
