I'm at my wits end, I've taken the door panel off twice, sprayed silicon lubricant everywhere I thought would help, put it back together, still hard to crank, especially when it's cold out. Any input on what might be going on? Thanks! 1986 B2200...

i put a new regulator on mine and it still done that spray some motorcycle lever lube down the run channel it will fix it right up the reason it gets so hard is because the rubber is getting old

Can I ask where you were able to find the window frame rubber and how much was it? Past experience tells me the dealer would want a fortune...Thanks!

I have an 86 and mine does the same thing, but if the sun's been pounding on it and its warm out, works no prob. I'm having the same issue with the locks and THATS annoying. I'm affraid I'm going to break off a key.
