Please help if you can

ok i was hooking up my head unit and it was all done when the one wire left which im assuming it was the illumination wire touched some metal and the guage cluster lights along with all the running lights and tag light went out there is no blown fuse i replaced the dimmer switch and still nothing at all im assuming its not the switch at the wheel because my turn signals work headlights room lights head unit and all work its just every running light on the truck is gone and cant drive it at night for this reason

Did you check the fuses under the hood also?

Yeah there are only 3 the main the head and whatever else but they are all good
