question with wiring

so it turns out the previous owner got into even more stuff than i thought. he was a "electrican" and the ignition when out so he put in a push button to start the truck and a toggle for all the power in the truck. didnt think it would be that much trouble and i would have time to sort it out. well i blew up my crx daily driver last friday so i had to put the mazda back together and have to drive it.

well i have no break lights check every thing then look at the switch at the pedel and he even hacked into it i am wondering how far he has gone. @*&@()&)#...... so now my little rant is done

would it be easyer to get a complete wiring harness from the closest u pull it i go there about every 2 weeks and there prices rock or try to fix this harrness or get a painless kit i am on a budget gota a baby coming in a month. wtf should i do? i can steal a car for a week so i can bust this out but not much longer.

get a dash harness from a wrecker save yourself a headache

well i have a feeling he "fixed" everything but the dash harness should fix 90% of it i assume there is not much more other than that

havnt had a mazda in 4 years how much wiring is under there? i know the dashes come out fairly easy and i already know the mazda i am gona go pull it from its got all the interior out but dash still in it. i may grab the brake light harness just to be safe too.
