not trying to mean .. but most of you are over thanking this, the psi switch is a machine switch all it will do is open when the psi is in the range of its spring and close when it is greater then that, so it can be used as a ground or a 12v,all you are doing is closeing a circuit that way it gets the power it needs
im useing a squire d psi switch and it has 4 post's on it i only use two to do the job that is all one needs to do it,
plus thank of it this way, you run all that power out and to the tank psi switch then back to the relay, you'v got at list 12feet of wire that may short out and f-up the whole thing.... being a ground if it gets a nick in the wire its only going to ground it self sooner.......yes rule of thumb is you want your ground to be as short as you can, but thats just a rule of thumb it dont have to be that way, and my groung wire was shorter then the power wire in all if your tank is close to your compressor your power wire is going to be longer
and the s... is for starter.... the i is for ign...i thank thats the way it was any way
like i said im not trying to piss anyone off, just sometimes we (all guys and gils) over thanks things when there are small things we can do to ez the way things are done
