Is anyone using billet window cranks? I have an 87 b2200 but cannot find a pair of billet cranks that will fit the window splines?
I've tried the 7/16 and the 1/2" spline from Billet Specialties. I've even tried the 1/2" square spline and grinding down the splines.
Any help would be appreciated.

The ones I got are universial which suck because the little Allen wrench always backs out

I had a set on my 86 back in the early 90's. They were for a VW Beetle and they had a set screw to secure them. The only problem was that they would slip from time to time.

Was thinking the same thing. My steering wheel kept coming loose. Used Loc Tite and haven't had the problem again : )

Thanks for the info guys, but I can't even find a set that will slide onto the shaft. They are all too small. Other than the ones for a VW, what are the other brands you've found?

I just had some universal ones, the set-screw ate up the splines pretty good.

Next set I guess I'll have to loctite them on.
