central locking - door jam wires

Hey guys,
im affter soem pictures showing how people have wired their central locking into the doors.
Im most interested in the actual holes made for the wires from teh chassis to the door, my 91 dual cab has no central locking or holes for me to run wires, want to make sure i put them in teh most appropriate place, ensuring they dont get damaged each time i open / shut the door.
