Door Electrical

I'm wanting to put a alarm in my truck with lock actuators(elec. windows later) an I was wondering what some of you have done or used to get wires into the door? I've seen the billet door looms an modular contacts from autoloc, an the painless jamb tach's. I read on one that ran the wires thru the door in what I'm guessing is the lump below the upper hinge (in red) to possibly the vents in the front edge of the door. Or would it be possible to do the modular contacts or jamb tachs on the flat above the door limiter thing? (where i have a crease)

I would just go simple and do wire looms.

Go to the junk yard and find a Toyota 4 runner and take the rubber door loom from that. You could make that look factory.
