looking pretty good there bro. Nothing wrong with the fleece absorbing too much resin, it'll make for a stronger product in the end. Also should help out some with the speaker mounts that you have setup there.

looks better than my 1st attempt with glass. I don't mess with it any more. Metal is easier for me.

so i have a question guys. one of the pannels is preatty dry the other one is still kinda taky we put alot of hadner in there and there are little areas where the cloth is lifting a lil..i tryed to dry it out with the haligons too ...idk >? help?

Just let it dry most likely you got one alot more soaked than the other just remember after you let the fleese dry sand it and then start laying down some actual fiber glass especially around the speaker pods. Also if it is lifting try and staple it flat back down, did you use spray glue at all on the areas where it lays against the door skin as that will help you get it to stay stuck. Remember when the resin hardens it will pull on the material and make it lift or even at some points make the part you have done de form abit so make sure you have it will attached to some thing so it wont do that.

You have more pics of it as you go along please put up pics to show how it is going and coming together.

ya i should have used spray glue. i didnt have any at the time lol . i just relyed on the staples...

Once the resin hits the spray glue it will cause the glue to release, staple are the best way to secure the fleece. In a pinch you could use a few screws to get the fleece to stay and when the resin cures pull the screws out, then bondo over the low spots. Cold weather with affect cure times with resins so using it at room temp is a plus. One trick you can use it to have a heat gun, go to Harbor Freight they are like $20 .

cool, thanks for the tips guys..ill try my heat gun and ill staple down the pocets that r lifting and bondo over it...do i have to use the fiberglass mat? or can i just mud over what i have ? i just have 6.5s going in the pods. its preatty strong already ..
