I'm re-wiring my deck and have found i dont have a constant 12v. I found the ACC wire as with the stock harness (that has 7 wires altogether). What are the other 6 wires for? I wanna guess that they should be the constant, illumination, and the dash left and right speakers which my truck does not have. It does have door speakers that were put in by the previous owner so those wires are null and void. This harness is wrapped in a black sleeve and it runs on the left hand side of the glove box. Im just wondering where it leads to? On another note, to join the deck having no memory (the reason im re-wiring it) the clock on the instrument panel has or had no memory either, would the clock and the wiring im playing with right now be connected in anyway? if nobody can tell me what this wiring harness consists of then im just gonna use the already known ACC wire and splice my LED power wire as my constant.

you had it right.
2 are speaker +
2 are speaker -
1 is 12V+
1 is ign +
1 is ground.

I had the 12V+ die on me in my old truck so when I redid the stereo I just ran another wire to the fuse box for 12V+ and it's a dedicated wire

I do not think Mazda's have a ground wire. I think it is illumination or a dimmer wire.

well i got it figured out, i tested all 7 wires, found no constant so just ran my own off the led power. this fixed the memory on the deck. then i realized the clock didnt work at all anymore so i found out that the other wire from that harness is connected to the clock so i wired that with the constant wiring that went to the deck so now my clock has memory. basically all i had to do was create my own constant, run the acc wires correctly and connect that other single wire from the harness to the constant. now its just a matter of cleaning up all the wiring so i can fit it back into the dash which was hard enough the first time around lol.
