Unfortunate turn of events... :(

Well, here it goes lol. I'm in need of seats now, just a passenger side would be ok. But going with 2 new ones. this had been a project for later down the road but due to uhm.... " technical difficulties " my passenger seat ended up broke, it wont lock in place. the seat slides just fine but the back will not catch and idk wtf happened they where in great shape too..

So now, if i pull the rails and everything fro another donor vehicle i wouldn't have to worry about fabricating anything ( aside from maybe drilling new holes for the new rails? Or are these welded down onto vehicles, ot ver sure idk just kinda checking some options before i go trying to find a matching seat pattern.

No it's the back of the seat that's broken i just wanted to know if i get the rails from a donor seat will i have worry about anything other than drilling new holes if nessecary.
