Ok...If I come I will try to bring my gas grill and do some cooking for everyone...Will prolly bring some deer brats, pork sausage for breakfast (not store bought...good stuff), and maybe some beef roast to make fajita's...trust me. I can make a mean fajita beef with a cheep cut of beef roast...all in the prepreation.
My grille is gas and is 3ft x 5ft cooking area made out of an old 300 gallon oil drum mounted on a trailer frame. In NC they are called pig cookers. Last year I cooked 40lbs of chicklen at one time and still had room for more. Everyone is welcome to use the grille all weekend long.
Depends on the money situation. If not i'll be doing chicken. With the suburban breaking down and the mazda braking down in the same week it has made things a little tighter.But we will definately have one or the other. Sosa is gonna need his energy for the show he's doing for us! Walk it out. lol
