Hey guys I finally decided on what to do with me truck OH boy here it goes

I had a quick talk with v8mazda man the guy has ideas.

so the list starts with
13b turbo swap---- My motor is almost done and tranny is too soo why not
Coil over front and rear (dunno what coil overs yet)
Tubular lower control arm adjustable upper arm
Rx-7 Lsd
4-link rear end with a boxed rear axle
convert to a floor mounted e-brake (dunno how that is going to work)
1-3/4-2" body drop to match the body with the frame rails and have it about 4-5" off the ground.

Leave the outside of it completely stock dents and all sleeper look you know
Brakes.... just slide it sideways it'll slow down eventually lol

Hopefully it won't take to long to do. still thinking about what else i'll do not too sure about what i'll need so far i've got a good idea

I'll be seeing v8mazda this weekend to talk about it more

Just got another idea rearch the wheel wells on the body so that the wheels only slightly tuck....

Ya and have the 4 link set up so you have 4 different postions on it so you can drift one day and later take it to the drag strip.
The e'brake will be easy to set up on thr floor and we can have it set up with a little button on it so it will slide easily when you pull it when drifting and then work normally when you go and park it and I have some other ideas so it will really kick the crap out on the track.

you would save alot of money just by getting a T2 rx7 lol

Ya but I have a line on the motor he wants complete with harness and computer and tranny even the wiring under the dash if we want.

the e-brake would be easy because it cable operated...you could use one out of a 86-93 mazda 626 or mx-6 with the center console...wish you would have posted this sooner because i just scrapped a 86 mazda 626 turbo last weekend...would have sold you the e-brake and console for cheap...i still have the console but no e-brake lever

are you going to be using the rx-7 irs or will the chunk's swap out?

good luck and keep us updated!!

Lokar also makes a sweet chrome little hotrod floor mounted ebrake handle and all the linkage to make it work, or modify. i would step up the brakes too, it'd be important to have good brakes when your trying to go fast and slide around.
sounds like a cool idea though. you'd have to cut a little (or lot) of weight. but it'd be cool. might have to put a little more weight from the front to the back and get a better bias...

You're either gonna want to get the dash harness, or rewire part of the wiring for the CAS. It passes through the dash harness for some reason.

I have a complete rx-7 at my becking call so what ever we need to make it happen is right there for us to have the engine ready to run and what ever else whitey22 wants to put in his mazda.

Those are sweet and make your life a hell of alot easier.

If you've got a whole car, you guys should swap the RX-7 dash in also. It's been done before and looks pretty sweet in there.
