my slow but one day finished project...

well here we go. i finally have my house, tools, welder, and all my trucks together. so now i am going to teach myself how to weld and build my future d.d/d (daily driver/dragger). i have a lot of plans and little time and money so when she gets done she gets done. i will be doing most of everything by myself so it will take a little while, but i will post pics as i go. plans are a sfbd, of course bags, i pick up my 86 5 lug rx7 rear this weekend, sheet metal bed, fiberglass dash, etc. etc. etc. enough rambling, here you go...

oh, and if you are wondering where all the body panels are, they are on what is now my daily/black truck. i am going to this cab and frame cause this cab hasn't been wrecked and i can easily work on it while driving the other truck, then just convert everything over on a long weekend. this truck is also a 5 spd instead of my automatic.

things look to be going your way. i hope to have a garage in about a year and i want to tear mine down like that to. good luck with it. oh ya i also want those wire wheels for the 84. haha

our trucks sit in the same condition except mine has the doors on and no front bumper

the progress might be slow but it's worth it in the long run.

got my rx7 rear today...

the guy tried to screw me over but i got it all for 250 instead of 200. i couldn't complain seeing as how they pulled it out instead of me spending this morning pulling her out. the only thing that sucks is now i need all new hardware cause they didn't keep that. oh well. still not a bad deal at all, in my opinion.

ah, nice pics of the project maztang, just saw them, the rx rear looks in good shape. i'm pretty sure the 5 lug ones are lsd, you can tell by turning the front pinion flange, and if both axle shafts turn in the same direction it is lsd, if they spin in different directions, it isn't.......
