My new 1989 b2200

Hey there guys I bought this truck from an old boss for 450 bucks.The truck was sitting for 4.5 years when i got it.I put new plugs some marvel mystery oil in the sparkplug holes and some gas and the truck started right up and idled!!!!He said it needed a clutch and now i have the tranny out and im waiting for some money for the clutch.I had to get some crappy tires to get in on the trailer to tow it home.Those are the ones you see in the pics.It was sitting under some trees and the grass was all high around it.His daughter accidently left the window open one day and it got soaked.So he closed the window and let it sit.it was really really freakin foul in there so i gutted the whole inside out as you can see in the pics.All the truck needs is some new shocks and some bushings.Ihave big goals for this truck.As u can see all the paint needs for right now is some good waxing .The only rust is under the driver door.Wich i will fiberglass soon and prime to keep the door from rusting.I have all 4 center caps and the rims still have alot of chrome on it.I polished the front one so u guys can see.If you guys have any questions or comments please post.

Looks good! What's under the plate opposite the jack? I discovered that thing when I went to remove that half of the seat belt and havn't pulled the carpet enough to get it out. 450 was good deal on that!

thats a sweet lookin B you got there!whats the future hold for it?

i dont know it hold some wire harnesses for the tail lights and fuel tank.It was pretty time consuming ripping the whole carpet out.dont do it unless you really have too!!!! hahahaha thanks for the comment its a nice truck it just needs some good tlc.I will resurect this beast.

lofosho86 the main concern is getting the tranny back in in the next couple weeks and getting it running good put the whole intirior back in and slowly drop it and get some shave door kits and repaint it and eventually bag it.Im new to bags but i grew up putting hydros on impalas, cadillacs,and chevy caprices.But its basically the same concept.well see about the future.Im a certified precesion welder so im gonna use the truck for a while to hold my machines for some portable welding.So after that we will see what happens.alot of possibilities
