Just need to patch the firewall back up, and a few other things before we can pull it back out to clean and paint, then put it back in and get everything hooked up.

Thanks guys

I'll try to keep taking pics. I suck at it though, never know what to take pics of and what ppl will want to see lol. Like I took about 15 pics of the motor after we got the mounts in and I didn't even take a pic of the driver side mounts or firewall cutouts or anything lol.

pretty cool motor mounts. did you make them?
bagdb2200   +1y

Yea, we made em. The plate that bolts to the engine and the frame tabs we cut from 3/16" plate, and there's a short piece of 1.5" 1/4 wall DOM holding the 4 link end bushing to the plate.

not much for taking pics, or making quick progress lol...but here's a few more
the truck was mostly torn down except for the interior, so I decided one day might as well BD it since it's sitting, gutted the interior, and cut the floor lol

Once the rest of the firewall is finished up to fit around the motor and headers, we can pull the motor to clean it up and everything then put it back in.

And the blue wire running through the cab wall wasn't there when he was welding it up. I just ran it through there to jump to a battery I put in the cab to get power to the compressors to air the truck up so we could push it into the garage this past weekend, lol.
