ok so i was gonna post up this elaborate thread and post tons of pics of my build but my camera batteries were dead when i tried to use it. by time i got my charger and charged the batteries, i had done too much stuff to the truck to start then. so i figured id just be sneeky and post some tease pics of the truck bagged. just got it done saturday night. let me know whatcha think.

so you just cut the frame behind the cab and raised the whole frame? nicely done, never thought of that.. looks good man

thats looks good.. watch that gas tank tho. i sectioned one 2 inches to fit in the stock location and be above the frame rails. try that is you think your welds can hold liquid

this is a fine way to do the frame but how do you plan on matching your bed up with the cab? are you going to body drop the bed?
mazdawg(mikey)   +1y
i raised the gas tank up around 2 or 3 inches already. yes i plan on doing the bed after i cut the cab. im not gonna cut the bed then have to recut the bed when i do the cab. i plan on doing a stock bed floor like many others have already done. i just dont have to make spacers to make mine fit over the notches. it bolts up like factory....thats because it is factory.
