Got the inside of the bed welded in today. Going out to work on the other side right now.

Made a little progress.. figured we would post it up..

Doing more work right now. Will post more later.

Cleaned it all up and it looks pretty good now. Have to get a little bit of touch up paint for some dings, but other than that happy with the results...

Heres the back with the batterys in and the fuel cell bolted down..




The original plan was to bead roll RDNDRTY into the back but the bead roller isnt big enough to get all they way into the middle so we cant now...

if your set into doing rdndrty... do it out of two or three pieces and weld them together. grind your welds smooth and you'd never be able to tell.
