ok Tore a little more apart, found some more problems. This really sucks I only get to work on it for about a total of maybe 12 hours a week. getting everything ready so I can wire my garage for 220 so I can use my welder and air compressor. Here we go:

driver floor board

passenger floor board

fenders are off.
drivers side

passenger

and of course more rust

interior gutted

bumper cutout for new grille

emissions gone

interior parts anyone?

Well ive been thinking of dropping it to the pinch but I'm kinda an extremist and may take it to the bottom of the doors, dont know yet.

Looks like its comin along good. That much rust is inevitable even on vehicles down here, I've been looking at a 4x4 2600 that looks almost the exact same rust-wise.
