I still haven't picked it up yet. Max's shop is like an hour and a half from here. I am going to get it this weekend. Suspension pics to follow and a drag session!

Well I am super pumped. The truck should be o my driveway on Sunday. Then I get to figure out the axel problem. I also just got confirmation on my new licence plates "LO B2200" I wanted "HOWLER" or "OL SCHOL" but they were taken.

Ol skool was taken and lo skool was availible, but I got "LO B2200" for my roadster and "Badchcn" for the Howler. I havent decided which truck will get which plate yet. Here in California, the plates aren't assigned to a vehicle until you go to the DMV and turn in the old plates. I picked up the Howler truck on Sunday night. By the time I got home it was too late for pictures. Besides Bio Kustoms is in this dirt hole they call "Hemet" and my truck looks like it has been stored really close to an atomic blasting site. (It is just really dusty.) The good news is I drove it home (over an hour and a half) and it handles great. I can't say enough about the RCD Bilstein shocks. They are perfectly valved for the truck. I can drive it really low or above stock height and it rides the same. At least as good as my Dodge does! The shocks are a little pricey at 100 bucks a pop, but IMO worth every penny. Tonight I am going to try to get home a little early to wash it and take some pics of the suspension changes. My next task is to adjust the valves, change the plugs, wires and timing belt/ tensioner. I also am going to take it to the transmission shop to have the trans serviced. Just general mantainence stuff. Then I really need to take the good A/C parts from the roadster and fix this truck's air with them. It was 104 on the way back from Max's. I almost melted. BTW no more "howl" it was the ring and pinion after all.

New list to complete:

1) Interior : Carpet and Door Panels this week. DONE
2 ) Send to Bio Kustoms to have the howl fixed and add shocks re-work 3-link etc. DONE
3 ) Tune-up adjust valves, change trans fluid, general maintenace, possible timing belt just as a precaution.
4 ) Electric Fan
5 ) fix A/C with parts from the roadster.
6 ) Find OEM front fenders/hood/core support and replace poorly installed aftermarket units. Install my LX front bumper, UNSHAVE gas door key hole, install stock radio antenna and install my sweet stock tailgate. (I want the truck to look as if in 1991 I put on wheels and dropped the truck.)
7 ) Body work and red/orange primer
8 ) raised red oak bed floor w/ polished stainless strips and angled bed sides.
9 ) Have wheels straightend and re-polished.
10) Electric Glass sliding sunroof
11) Candy apple red paint, (Factory lt. blue like my old truck?) with old school pin striping. Install chrome drip rail, window garnish, factory fender trim and B2200 emblems.
12) Go to Low Down 3

Maybe Item 12 will happen before item 6??
