today was a good day, i spent all weekend putting my motor back together. i've just been saving, buying parts, and rebuilding this truck for so long. its also my daily that hasnt been a daily for 6 months. im stoked , it started right up, simple carb tuning, and then timed it, adjusted valves, and its tits.

looks like the jungle with out that house, those are banana trees right over my bed

its been a lot of work, and on the first drive, i knowticed a knocking sound by the front tire, it knocks going straight, harder when i turn right, stops when i turn left and stops when i push the brakes, so i get to pull off the tire tomorrow to see whats the deal, but my trucks a cruiser!

yeah i spent a lot of time cleanin' when there was nothing else to do.

i kinda wish i got an electric fan, that flex fan's holes had to be drilled wider to fit the stock pulley wheel, and spaced to clear the bumps on the wheel too. its so loud too, always on, but it will never overheat on me again, i guess i went over kill because of that reason.

i have 30's on it

well i checked out my front end, while i was cleaning stuff, its one of my next projects, i felt the ball joints, they're s'pose to be stiff and full of grease, well mine are split, and have some grease.

i'm just heading out to pull the wheel off so i'll see whats up

thanks guys

oh yeah and the problem i discovered, i popped the dust cover on the hub, took a look at the nut, and it wasn't even finger tight, the whole hub was bobblin all over, drove it after that and its alright, im gonna repack or replace my wheel bearings tomorrow maybe, its needed, then i can rebuild my front end

pretty cool

my truck is loud, maybe cuz i dont have an interior, but my fan is always blowin, stays cool though, real cool.

do your self a favor and greese those fittings under your truck - sounds like it still needs it for the b-joints.
