Thanks Lofosho86 Were aiming at having the bed built by the end of next week. Just having a big decision on using a stock bed or have a custom sheet steel bed. Maybe this should go to poll...

so your using a totally different cab? was the other cab hurt in the wreck? or am i lost on something here.....thought the yellow was already rhd? or did i look at the picture cross eyed?

Hrdfrntr95 Your correct. I had to go to a new cab. The yellow one was just slightly tweaked in the accident, so I decided to go with a new cab. Only the tan cab has been rhd, I modded the steering box when the yellow cab was still mounted.

what is the model number of that engine?
and what year MX6 was it available in?

I am planning an engine swap also, but FE3 and adding a turbo

The motor is a f2t out of the 88-92 mx6 / ford probe.

I was thinking about that swap, I have a new bottom end and pistons bearings rings etc
F2T 12v and efi, is it DOHC?

FE3 is 16 valve with VICS, easy turbo conversion with a bullet proof forged bottom end

Keep us updated on the engine build/install, it would be nice to see some real detail on the wiring and locations of all the engine componentry.

The F2t is Sohc, Id love and fe3 but I haven't been able to get my hands on one.

I will keep the board updated. The engine is going Megasquirt by the way.

benefits of megasquirt over oem?
vtec motors website has em in usually, or find a sportage for parts, I found a JDM engine easier than the sportage, lol
