Alright everyone I have decieded to do a body drop. I already have a spare cab with no dash, interior, etc...

I've seen the article in MT from seth as well as read a lot however I still really don't know as much as I want to. I want to body drop to rocker.

2.25? Anyways how do you determine how wide of a section to cut on the floor? Also I noticed that you don't cut as much by the trans tunnell or up by the front. How far up the backwall do I go? Does anyone have any pictures of where to cut going up the wall?

The front also confuses me, just cuz i have never done this before. In the article I saw the front clip off. Do I have to take the wheels out to get this off? Does any one have any pics of where to cut the front off at. Also what do you do about the cab mount.

Thanks everyone I really appreicate all the help. I know these questions have probaly been asked many times.

i would worry more about getting the front of the truck to lay out before i worry about a body drop.

I'm gonna redo the front on my bagged truck. I was gonna body drop the donor truck cab so I can still drive the other one for the summer with out swappin the cabs till winter. That way I would at least have the cab body dropped and ready to swap onto the bagged truck.
